Q. How is COVID-19 impacting delivery times?

We are continuing to despatch orders on a daily basis in line with our same day dispatch promise from our UK warehouse. We are seeing some additional delays through the international network and are currently seeing orders arrive to the US in approximately 10 working days. All orders are sent on an untracked service (unless specified as tracked) so please allow some additional time for arrival during these difficult times

Q. Can you help me identify my crystals?

A. Yes always! If you are struggling to identify the crystals you have received from us and cannot reference them back to the website, please take a photo on your phone (preferably with the crystals in good light on a white background) and email them to us at letusknow@thepsychictree.com
