I bought over £40 worth of crystals and most of them was OK, but for some reason they didn't bag them up, instead they just wrapped them all together in bubble wrap, so some of them got scratched badly and even broken, so I couldn't use them as the gifts they were intended to be. But other than that they have a really good selection at a decent price
