This was my first time using this site. Placed ordered and it arrived the following day. I had an issue with one of the stones. Emailed them with the problem but stated I would still keep it as it was a beautiful bracelet. The size of stones were much bigger than I expected- this was positive. I received a very apologetic email and they gave me my money back. I would definitely order from this company again. I also ordered another bracelet the same time which was flawless. Thank You
